i really like your decision to paint the clouds ON TOP of the streetlight. usually they say never to paint the sky after you paint the foreground elements. but i like the visual feel of that, and i think it works perfectly here.
and wait.. are the lights out of place? im really confused. im thinking hard wait yeah they are. very subtle. what are you trying to say to the viewer here? hmm? what is the underlying conceptual theory to this piece hmmm?!
